PRODUCTION PROCESS
Raw Material
We use the best 82B raw materials from famous Rockcheck Group. Our self-developed No pickling production line greatly improved the surface treatment. Independent labs with chemical, mechanical and relaxation test equipment. Every coil produced will be tested and official test certificate will be provided.
Finished product
the coil weight is around 2.5-3.5 tons if no special requirement, one full 20ft container is able to load 25 to 27 tons, therefore there are 8-10 coils in each container. Packaging Details step 1: Coils are wrapped by 8 steel strips; step 2: Wrapped by waterproof cloth; step 3: Wrapped by 8 steel strips (6+2) ; step 4: Added with wood pallet.
